Fireplace accessory - Cast iron - great chimney service

Ancient and imposing cast-iron fireplace set with a sailor sculpture of the English Royal Navy under a large anchor with a paddle. The ash collector is removable for easier cleaning. Included in the price is a splendid cast-iron spring, always functional. Set numbered N 21. On the left there is also the artist's signature of who made it. Unfortunately the thick coat of paint covered almost everything and stripping the varnish wasn’t advisable; the buyer will be able to clean it and even discover that it contains something of great value.
