Description:
In an ancient, smoky Japanese tavern, a mighty white-maned leonine warrior with regal braids sits on the throne like an absolute sovereign. His muscular body, clad in red and black armor, radiates primal strength, while in front of him a rich banquet of yakitori, tofu, and sake scents the air.
The work masterfully fuses the animal ferocity of the Battle Beast with the austere elegance of Eastern tradition, creating an image of absolute power and wild dignity. A symbol of undaunted strength that rules both on the battlefield and in the quiet moment of earthly pleasure.

Creative process:
The piece was created through an innovative hybrid process: an initial draft was generated with sophisticated Artificial Intelligence, then interpreted and fully hand-colored by the artist using professional software on an iPad. In the final stage, a dedicated filter was applied to enhance the Neo Ukiyo-e style, giving the illustration incisive lines, strong contrasts, and the graphic elegance typical of contemporary Japanese tradition.

Packaging and Shipping:
Each print is personally packed by the artist in his/her own studio. The packaging is ultra-protected as the print is shipped flat (not rolled) precisely to preserve the stiff 300-gram paper fibers and maintain the print’s beauty intact.

The Artist – Raiden:
Raiden, born in 2003, is a young Italian artist from the SSICK LAB collective. His stage name draws inspiration from Raiden, the famous character from the Mortal Kombat video game. His artistic research focuses on blending the contemporary Neo Ukiyo-e Japanese style with the imagery of Western pop culture, giving life to works with strong visual impact, dynamic compositions, and a powerful, cinematic aesthetic.
