A vintage wooden flower stand from Poland, model Vintage Flower Stand, dating to the 1950s–1960s, in deep hunter green, with four tapered legs, a small square top and a lower shelf, in excellent condition.
Description from the seller
Polish Vintage Flower Stand / Plant Pedestal — 1950s–60s — Green Painted Wood — Very Good Condition
A tall, elegant flower stand / plant pedestal manufactured in Poland, circa 1950s–1960s.
The piece features a simple, refined construction — four long tapered legs supporting a small square top surface and a lower intermediate shelf. The entire piece is painted in a deep hunter green.
Style & Design:
The design is characteristic of Central European decorative furniture from the mid-century period, blending functional craft traditions with clean, modernist simplicity. The tall, narrow silhouette and open structure give it a timeless, architectural quality that works equally well in classic, eclectic, and contemporary interiors.
Use:
Originally intended as a flower stand or plant pedestal, it can also serve as a display pedestal for sculpture, ceramics, or decorative objects.
Condition:
Very good for its age. As with all vintage pieces from this era, minor signs of age are present — possible light scratches, slight discoloration, and small surface imperfections consistent with authentic patina. These do not detract from the overall appearance.
Materials: Wood (painted)
Colour: Deep hunter green
Origin: Poland
Period: 1950s–1960s
Shipping: Sent via registered and fully tracked courier service.
