Sennheiser MD 416 N, a true workhorse of the renowned German engineering from the ’70s/’80s. The microphone is supplied with its original Sennheiser box from the era and a very handy adapter cable (native microphone connector -> modern large standard XLR), which makes it immediately ready to use in any modern studio.
The MD 416 N is an exceptional supercardioid microphone: originally designed for voice and broadcasting, it has become a famous "secret weapon" in recording studios. Thanks to its ability to handle high sound pressure levels and its rugged, present timbre, it is outstanding on electric guitar amplifiers, snares, percussion and winds. Fully metal construction, solid as a tank.
The microphone has been fully tested, it is perfectly functioning and sounds great.
