Probably fruitwood jewelry box with fret-sawn decor and blue lining. On the lid, the head of a devil or satyr. The whole piece on four brass feet. First half of the 20th century. Includes key.

In good condition. Small damages overall. The lock is functional. The lining could optionally be removed to use the box as a cigar box. See also the photos that are part of the description.

Waarschijnlijk vruchtenhouten sieradenkist met ajourgezaagd decor en blauwe stoffering. Op het deksel het hoofd van een duivel of sater. Het geheel op vier messing pootjes. Eerste helft 20e eeuw. Inclusief sleutel. 

In goede staat. Kleine beschadigingen over heb geheel. Het slot is werkend. De stoffering zou eventueel verwijderd kunnen worden om de kist als sigarenkist te gebruiken. Zie ook de foto’s die deel uitmaken van de omschrijving.
