Description from the seller
Kodak launched its Instant camera in the mid-1970s, an instant camera that had many similarities to Polaroid. After nearly 10 years of legal battles, Polaroid won the lawsuits over infringement of its patents and Kodak was ordered to cease production of cameras and films on this principle. Kodak was also ordered to compensate the owners of the cameras. Because one only had to send the camera’s nameplate, many stripped cameras can be found. The two copies offered here are still in complete original condition and in their original packaging. About 40 different models were made; these two models are: the elaborate Kodamatic 980L and Colorburst 50. Includes an unused Instant Color film (not in pictures).
