Hermès - Table service (7) - Crystal - Very rare 7-piece Hermès set

Remarkable complete table/bar service Hermés Paris, line "Chained'ancre martelé" silvered metal Christofle, produced in France in the 60s. Icon of French mid-century design echoing the decoration "Chaine d'ancre", the historic motif of the house since 1938. The Martelé version with hand-hammered background is the rarest and most sought-after variant by collectors, because the hammering hides signs of use and gives a unique warm reflection.

Composition of the lot: 7 pieces:
1. 2 large round trays diameter cm.30, chain-relief edging, hammered bottom
2. 2 small round trays diameter cm.24, same finish and edging
3. 1 coordinated salad bowl, chain edging and body in crystal finely engraved, without markings
4. 2 matched candle holders, chain edging

Conditions:
Silver-plated intact on all pieces. Era patina uniform and coherent with age. Original hammering perfectly preserved. Some small dings; requires a little revision for the absence of a few screws.
