Two plates in Famille Rose, late Qing Dynasty to Republic of China (ca. end of the 19th century – early 20th century). One plate with a central scene of two figures in traditional clothing (presumably a scene from Chinese opera or mythology), rendered in vivid colors. On the back a red, square seal with the inscription "Made during the Great Qing, Qianlong period."
