Description from the seller

The technology: This is a device based on Tesla coils. It generates a high-frequency, low-intensity current that, passing through glass electrodes containing rarefied gases (neon or argon), produces a characteristic violet or orange light and a slight buzz. The use at the time: It was sold to both doctors and private individuals as a “miraculous” cure for a vast range of problems: baldness, muscle pains, acne, wrinkles, and even circulation issues. Today, high-frequency technology is still used almost exclusively in beauty clinics for facial cleansing and skin disinfection. The components in your kit The glass electrodes: At the top of the briefcase you can see several geometric shapes designed for different parts of the body: A comb: for the scalp (hair stimulation). A mushroom/satellite: for flat areas like the face or back. A roller or spiral: for broader therapeutic massages. A forked/curved: ideal for the neck or limbs. The base and the handpiece: On the black base there is the voltage selector (you can see the old pins to switch from 110V to 220V) and a knob to adjust the current intensity (“Renforcement”). The triangular logo indicates the French manufacturer (bearing the inscription “Marque Déposée”).
