For sale is a stylish, well‑kept sauce boat made from the finest English sterling silver. This piece is an outstanding example of pure, understated Art Deco design from the 1930s. Its clean lines and the gracefully curved ear handles intentionally refrain from lavish ornamentation, foregrounding the splendid shine of the solid silver.
A special and highly practical quality feature of refined table culture is the firmly soldered stand attached to the sauce boat, which reliably protects the tablecloth from drips.
