Description from the seller
Offered for auction is a pair of original Technics SB-F2 Linear Phase Speaker System loudspeakers, manufactured in Japan by Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. during the late 1970s.
The SB-F2 is one of the most distinctive compact loudspeakers produced by Technics, featuring a rigid die-cast aluminium enclosure and the company's Linear Phase design concept.
These speakers are appreciated by collectors and vintage Hi-Fi enthusiasts for their unique construction, reliability and characteristic sound quality.
Both speakers have been fully tested and are in perfect working condition. The woofers and tweeters operate correctly and reproduce sound clearly without distortion. The original rear protection reset buttons are present and operational.
The speakers retain their original metal grilles, badges and manufacturer labels. Cosmetically they remain in very good vintage condition, showing only minor signs of age and normal use, including small surface marks and light wear consistent with their age.
