Iconic top-loading model introduced in 1975, renowned for its exceptional mechanical stability and the longevity of its components. The unit is characterized by the famous glass and ferrite crystal (GX) heads that guarantee virtually no wear and extremely high audio fidelity.
The module adopts a closed-loop double-capstan transport system driven by an external-rotor hysteretic synchronous motor, a configuration that minimizes wow & flutter. Visually it presents the era's classic silver design, enhanced by two large illuminated analog VU meters and wood inserts.
