Lovely antique monocular microscope, supplied by Merkelbach & Co., Amsterdam, a well-known Dutch supplier of scientific instruments. The microscope is made of brass with a black-painted cast-iron base and is offered in the original wooden carrying case.

The set contains several original preparations and is in neat, authentic condition with normal signs of use and aging appropriate to its age. The focusing moves smoothly and the mirror is present. An attractive item for collectors of antique scientific instruments, microscopes, or medical antiquities.

Fraaie antieke monoculaire microscoop, geleverd door Merkelbach & Co., Amsterdam, een bekende Nederlandse leverancier van wetenschappelijke instrumenten. De microscoop is uitgevoerd in messing met een zwartgelakte gietijzeren voet en wordt aangeboden in de originele houten transportkist.

De set bevat meerdere originele preparaten en verkeert in een nette, authentieke staat met normale gebruiks- en ouderdomssporen passend bij de leeftijd.
