vintage Technics SA-K2 FM/AM Stereo Cassette Receiver, a compact all-in-one audio system from the early 1980s that combines an amplifier, radio (tuner), and cassette deck in a single compact enclosure.
Key features and functionalities
Built-in cassette deck: Supports manual operation via the mechanical keys on the left side (eject, record, play, stop, rewind, fast-forward and pause).
Tape Selector & Dolby NR: Equipped with switches for different tape type settings (Normal, CrO₂, Metal) and Dolby noise reduction to optimize sound quality.
Built-in Radio: An analog FM/AM tuner with a clear scale and manual tuning knob (tuning).
Versatile Audio Inputs: At the bottom are handy toggle switches and pushbuttons to switch between the built-in functions or external sources via the CD/aux, Phono (for a turntable) and Tape inputs.
