Themed collection - Masks and decorative sculptures

A collection of 23 objects: 19 masks and 4 sculptures from 4 continents. The materials are ceramics, wood, metal. The period spans from the 1950s-60s to the end of the 20th century.
Origin is Italian, Chinese, Kenyan, Venezuelan. The majority are handcrafted ethnic souvenirs.
The largest item (Venetian fan) is 34 cm wide. The dimensions of each piece are indicated in the detailed notes at the end of the text.

The overall condition is very good, some pieces show limited signs of use.

In detail:
- 7 Chinese wall masks inspired by characters from the Beijing Opera. They measure 10 cm (beards excluded).
- 7 Venetian carnival wall masks. They measure 14-15 cm. The fan is 35 cm wide.
- 5 South American wall masks: 4 Venezuelan wooden masks and one bronze/alloy (brass) Mesopotamian? No: meso-american brass mask. The wooden masks measure about 18 cm, the brass one 9 cm.
- 2 dark wood busts, hand-carved, depicting stylized male faces. African artisanal production (Kenya), second half of the 20th century. Height about 12 cm.
- Female Masai bust in dark wood, hand-carved, with neck painted in leopard patterns and pierced ears. African artisanal production (Kenya), late 20th century. Size about 16 cm.
- Female figure in turned and carved wood, with metallic ornaments and brass base. African artisanal production, second half of the 20th century. Height about 18 cm. It conceals a corkscrew in the head and a bottle opener on the bottom."}
