Michelin Guide Italy 1961 - Excellent Condition with Original Bookmark Ribbon
Description:
Fantastic copy of the historic Michelin Guide Italy (Italie) from 1961, an essential volume for collectors of the iconic series of European red guides.
Cover details and Price: In the distinctive red cover (visible in image.png) the price of the era is printed adapted to the new French monetary system: 7.50 NF (New Francs). Unlike the previous year, in this edition the price has been unified, omitting the old francs.
Highlighted Elements:
Ribbon bookmark: It preserves its original red fabric ribbon bookmark perfectly integrated into the spine with the bottom end intact (as seen in detail in image_1.png).
Condition: It is in excellent vintage condition. The cloth binding remains firm, the corners and spines are well preserved, and the interior pages look clean, with the color city maps and cartography in perfect condition (example of the Salerno section in the photos). An ideal piece to complete chronological Michelin collections.
