5 Mils coin in base metal with a central hole, a distinctive feature of the British Mandate emissions in Palestine. The obverse features a finely detailed crown of branches surrounded by the territory’s denominations in English, Hebrew, and Arabic, reflecting the multilingual administration of the period. The reverse shows the value equally in the three languages, with clear and balanced typography. Preserves original luster visible in fields and reliefs, with slight contact marks typical of the MS63 grade, maintaining a fresh and homogeneous overall appearance. Representative specimen of monetary circulation in the 1930s, in a historical context marked by rising political tensions in the region under British administration.
