Sony - EL-5 Elcaset Audio-cassette deck

Sony EL-5 is an iconic two-head stationary tape recorder produced from 1976 to 1979, compatible with the now-forgotten Elcaset format. This standard emerged as a compromise that combined the uncompromising sound quality of a reel-to-reel recorder with the convenience of a traditional cassette recorder. Sold from a private collection, with no Elcaset visible. Units are fully functional, preserved in good condition.
