Description from the seller
Lot composed of various silver-plated objects coming from an antique luxury hotel.
Period: from the 1920s to the 1950s.
The lot is arranged as follows:
- 1 salt cellar presenting a classic boat-shaped or helmet-shaped design, silver-plated, branded STREB.
- 2 cruet sets described as creamers, showing styles that can range from classic to Art Deco, branded Ce' Ve', Kolchugino
- 1 combined table set, commonly called a condiment service (or cruet set / menage), designed to serve simultaneously spices and beverages. The item is made of silver-plated metal with glass inserts, and rests on a shaped tray
- 9 silver-plated tea lemon squeezers branded.
- 1 vintage wall-mounted rotating dispenser for liquid soap, dating roughly to the 1930s or 1940s.
-Design and Materials: It is characterized by a white opaline glass ampoule (fluted) associated with historical productions such as the Carmen line from the H.U.B. brand for hotels and public baths of the era). The ampoule is mounted on a curved metal stand with a wall-mounting base.
-Operation: The dispenser is gravity-fed. By turning or tilting the ampoule on its axis, the soap flows from the metal nozzle positioned at the top.
Dimensions: As shown by the ruler placed next to it, the overall height of the structure is about 18–19 centimeters.
