For sale is an exceptionally elegant pair of original candlesticks from Tiffany & Co. from the period around 1900.
The candlesticks are made of sterling silver and – as is typical for Tiffany – weighted in the base, giving them high stability. Of particular note is the finely engraved floral decoration in the Art Nouveau style as well as the artistically rendered monogram “M” in a historic Fraktur typeface.
