Among the Yoruba people, Eshu is the god of destiny who watches over places of passage and the messenger between the deities and human beings because he knows all languages.

But he is also a trickster god, responsible for some misdeeds. He was a servant of Orisha, but he hated him so much that one day he rolled a huge boulder onto his house, killing Orisha.

Chez le peuple Yoruba, Eshu est le Dieu du destin qui surveille les lieux de passage et le messager entre les divinités et les êtres humains car il connait toutes les langues.

Mais c'est aussi un dieu farceur, responsable de certains méfaits. Il était un serviteur de Orisha mais il le détestait tellement qu'un jour il fit rouler un énorme rocher sur sa maison, tuant Orisha.
