Description from the seller

GENERAL
An exceptional Lancia Delta HPE (High Performance Executive) 2.0 16V is offered at the auction, representing the sporty and luxurious character of three-door Italian hatchbacks from the 1990s. This particular HPE version stands out with a sought-after naturally aspirated petrol engine of 1995 cm³ and 102 kW (139 HP), delivering great performance and classic driving sensations paired with a manual transmission. The car was manufactured in 1995, and its first overseas registration took place on March 27, 1996. The vehicle has an original and documented mileage of 129,675 kilometers, and its unique VIN number is ZLA83600003006911. The presented example is a rare and stylish youngtimer, perfectly combining collectible potential with readiness for everyday driving.

BODYWORK AND PAINT
The car is finished in a rare, extremely attractive and iconic color for the marque, Verde York, which perfectly highlights the dynamic lines of the body and the vehicle’s Italian provenance. The exterior condition is very good, and the paint presents itself as incredibly fresh and deep, indicating that the car has been cared for with great attention. There are no active corrosion sites, structural damage, or areas requiring urgent bodywork or welding. All exterior elements, including glass, lights, and seals, are fully complete and in pristine condition. The overall 90s look is completed by dedicated, period AZEV accessory wheels and a sports exhaust system from the reputable company Powerful, for which I have full documentation. As the vehicle has history, only minimal, natural signs of use typical for well-maintained cars of that era should be expected during inspection.

MECHANICAL CONDITION
Mechanically, the Lancia is in excellent condition and ready for further use. The 2.0 16V engine runs smoothly and dynamically, the suspension handles bumps perfectly, and the driving system with the manual gearbox operates without fault. A major advantage of this specimen is that it underwent extensive servicing at an Authorized Fiat/Lancia Service Station (ASO), guaranteeing the highest quality repairs and an excellent technical condition. Importantly for cars from this period, the factory air conditioning is 100% functional and efficiently cools the interior. The car currently requires no urgent financial investments or mechanical improvements.

INTERIOR
The interior is one of the most striking elements of this car, offering a level of luxury rarely found in popular hatchbacks of that era. The cabin is equipped with rare bucket Recaro seats, which, along with the door trims, are factory-covered in original alcantara. Completing the sporty vibe is a three-spoke leather steering wheel and a black alcantara headliner. The seats, upholstery, dashboard, and all trim elements are in very good condition, with no wear or cracks. A true market standout is the presence of a fully functional original period radio, whose collectible value is today estimated at roughly 800 to 1,000 euros. All electrical systems and gauges function correctly, creating a distinctive and cohesive ambiance of a luxurious youngtimer.

DOCUMENTATION
The car has fully regularized legal status and complete documentation. It is registered in Poland with registration number SB209FM. The vehicle has a current technical inspection valid until November 27, 2026, and a fully paid car liability insurance policy valid until October 29, 2026. Included is an extensive service history with the Fiat/Lancia ASO, documentation for the dedicated Powerful exhaust, and a set of invoices confirming mileage authenticity and meticulous care of the vehicle.

VEHICLE PICKUP
The car is available for viewing and for a test drive before the auction ends by arrangement. Personal pickup after winning the bid must take place in Wiktorów, Poland, and transport arrangements and related costs are entirely the buyer’s responsibility.

Disclaimer

Catawiki always aims to offer you the best possible buying experience. Our experts virtually review and select every vehicle in line with our submission guidelines and we require our sellers to provide the most accurate description of the vehicle. However, providing a fully detailed analysis of the vehicle is extremely difficult, and close to impossible. To guide you, we ask our sellers to provide information about the vehicle’s condition. Please consider that most vehicles for sale are classic vehicles and they often already have a whole life behind them, meaning that even a condition 1 or 2 vehicle might need maintenance to be ready for the road. It is advised to carefully read our submission guidelines that further describe details about the condition grades and types to manage your expectations. Cars are sold “as is”, meaning as described and in the condition they are in at the time of the sale and without any representation, warranty or assumption of liability of any kind as to the condition by Catawiki or by the seller. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from yours, your local garage, or the dealer’s opinion. This does not automatically mean the car does not conform to its description. Before bidding, please check your local legislation regarding vehicle registration. Neither the seller nor Catawiki is responsible for the registration of the vehicle in your country and will not accept a cancellation for your failure to register the vehicle. We also recommend that, if possible, you arrange a viewing with the seller before placing a bid.
