Celebrate John B. Dunlop as the inventor of the pneumatic tire, indicating the dates 1888 (patent year) and 1913 (25th anniversary). The central barometer is of the aneroid type, with a lithographed portrait of the founder. The inscription at the lower right reads "GLASPLAKATFABRIK OFFENBURG," a note of a German factory that produced advertising signs, which makes it a piece of interest.
