Created by Italian designers Guido Drocco and Franco Mello in 1972, Gufram's Cactus is now regarded as a genuine contemporary art masterpiece, an ornamental object capable of captivating the observer's attention with its personality. To mark its 50th anniversary, a project signed by Gufram was born—a double homage to the iconic object and to the artist who most defined the past century, with his anticonformist style, distant from any cultural and social conventions.
