Description from the seller

Rare set of 11 vintage dessert plates in semi-porcelain – Stamped FB 12 (on the test piece) - Mint Green & Rich Geometric Gilding Decor
Magnificent and rare set of 11 vintage dessert / entremets plates, displaying an overall excellent condition. Each piece comes from a European high-technicality manufacturer.

Technical characteristics, Era & Aesthetics:
Era / Age: First half of the 20th century (circa 1920 - 1940) | Magnificent Art Deco style workmanship.
Authenticity Testimony (The Stamp): The origin of this service is certified by the original stamp 'FB 12' marked on the back of one of the plates. Important note for experts and buyers: As was customary in old manufactories, the stamp was applied to only one sample piece of the service, or the markings on the other pieces may have faded over time and with use. This guarantees the historical authenticity of the entire set.
Manufacturing quality: Made in premium semi-porcelain. These plates stand out for their great lightness (exactly 200 grams each) and a clear, crystalline, and prolonged resonance, very close to that of fine porcelain (proof of perfect firing at high temperature).

Dimensions and ergonomics: Ideal diameter of 18.5 cm with a slicing profile height of 2 cm, specially designed for refined service.
Decoration and Exceptional gilding: The twisted border in relief features a bright mint-green glaze, enhanced by a particularly wide, rich, and brilliant gold gilding. This gilding displays a complex geometric work (double frieze of arches, concentric circles, and meticulous triangles). The center is adorned with a superb naturalistic motif in vibrant colors, depicting two songbirds perched on a branch.

Condition (Transparent details):
The set is overall in very good vintage condition, with the gold gilding beautifully preserved and bright. For complete transparency:
The stamp: Present and clearly legible on one of the plates in the lot (see photos).
One of the plates shows an extremely fine waviness/hairline, almost invisible to the naked eye.
Another plate has a very small chip located exclusively on the back, which does not affect the aesthetics of the plate when viewed from the front.
No major restorations. The set remains perfectly functional and highly decorative.
