Art Deco style round eikenhouten (oak) side table or flower stand, dating from the 1920s or 1930s.
Key features: Style and design: It bears the hallmarks of the Art Deco era, including the characteristic and unique lines, wavy or curved legs.
A decorative, copper-colored border or tray runs around the edge of the table top.
Structure: It has a two-tier design, with a smaller, round lower shelf between the three graceful legs, which provides extra stability and storage space.
Function: Originally often used to elegantly display flowers and houseplants (the so-called plantentafel), but it also functions excellently as a living room or bedroom side table or coffee table.
