Kopal - Amber - Kopal - 7 cm - 9.5 cm

This is an heirloom brought back from Papua New Guinea in the 1980s by a German tourism manager. It is kauri copal, hardened and partially polished. The color ranges from honey-yellow to honey-brown. Inclusions are also visible in this young amber (copal). So far, however, I have only been able to discover plant inclusions. I would be happy to see this object go into the care of a collector.
