Magnus (Roberto Raviola, Bologna 1939 – Castel del Rio 1996) is considered one of the greatest creators of Italian comics. A highly skilled illustrator and innovator of graphic language, he traversed very different genres, from crime comics to adventure, from humor to realistic storytelling. Among his best-known works are Kriminal, Satanik, Alan Ford, Lo Sconosciuto and the famous Tex – La Valle del Terrore.
