The set is housed inside its original vintage rigid case, interior lined with cream-colored silk and velvet. Inside the lid is the prestigious mark of the historic "N. & V. D'Addario - Gioielleria di Michele D'Addario" (Bari, Italy).

Monumental inkwell: Pyramid base in matte ray-scrated crystal, topped with an elegant hinged silver cap with stamped decorations.
Letter opener: Ivory/cream smooth blade paired with a handle in silver richly decorated with floral motifs and raised beading.
Sealing wax seal: Coordinated handle in finely chased silver.
Penholder / Dip pen: Coordinated structure with a handle worked in silver.
