Up for auction: a pair of wooden two-armed wall sconces made in a Florentine workshop in the early 1900s
The sconces are the classic Florentine ones, finely hand-carved with leaf and flower motifs typical of the Baroque period and the Liberty style.
They feature an antique patina and are characterized by the ivory color that distinguishes them from others of the same style.
They are generally in excellent preserved condition with the electrical components added later.

Le applique sono le classiche fiorentine finemente intagliate a mano con motivi di foglie e fiori tipici del periodo barocco e dello stile liberty.
Presentano un’antica patina e sono caratterizzate dal colore avorio che le contraddistingue dalle altre dello stesso stile. 
Si presentano in generale in eccellente stato conservativo con la parte elettrica aggiunta successivamente.
