Impressive French Neo-Renaissance two-arm candleholder, dating to circa 1890. Crafted from heavy cast bronze with a beautiful original aged patina, it features an architectural column supporting two elegantly scrolling arms. Richly decorated with acanthus leaves, floral motifs, mascarons and Renaissance-inspired ornamentation, the candleholder displays excellent casting quality and fine decorative detail. The substantial weight of approximately 1.6 kg reflects its solid construction. Offered in good antique condition with expected signs of age, light wear and natural patina consistent with its age. A refined late 19th-century decorative object, ideal for collectors and elegant interiors.
