La Casa del Balsamico, Acetaia Cattani, is located in Modena in a historic building, along Via Emilia Est in the heart of the old Estense dominions. This area is recognized by historians as the best for the production of Modena Balsamic Vinegar due to geological, climatic, and cultural conditions.
6 Bottles of 250 ml of Modena IGP Balsamic Vinegar aged 2 years are the result of the expertise and experience of Giuseppe Cattani, heir to the secrets of the ancient family and the passage of time.
