The Cattani Acetaia is located in Modena in a historic building, along Via Emilia Est in the heart of the ancient Estense dominions. This area is recognized by historians as the best for the production of Aceto Balsamico di Modena due to the geological, climatic, and cultural conditions.
These six 250 ml bottles of Aceto Balsamico di Modena are the fruit of the competence and experience of Giuseppe Cattani, heir to the secrets of the ancient family and the passage of time. In a harmonious weave of delicate flavors, the aromas and typical scents offer themselves to the palate, revealing the refinement of a slow maturation in fine wooden barrels.
It is a product with 6% acidity, the raw material derived from Trebbiano di Spagna grapes, very suitable for achieving a high balance between sweetness and acidity.
