Important German centerpiece made in polychrome porcelain, hand-decorated with floral motifs and a richly ornamented gilded bronze mount.

The ensemble consists of a large central vase and four independently pierced baskets decorated with fine floral compositions in pink, violet, blue and green tones, highlighted with gold details.

The metal framework features elaborate historicist decoration with mascarons, griffin winged fantastical figures and ornamental motifs inspired by neobaroque and neorococo.

A decorative piece of great quality and presence, representative of German luxury production intended for bourgeois interiors of the early twentieth century.
