Description
Elegant glass vase signed Legras, made in France during the Art Nouveau period (ca. 1900–1915).
The body features a marbled finish in shades of brown, red and beige, typical of Legras production in the early 20th century.
The upper part is decorated with multicolored enamels and hand-applied gilding, with foliate motifs and stylized shields, characteristic of the decorative series from the Saint-Denis manufactory.
The signature “Legras” is present on the body of the vase and is consistent with the gold signatures used by the artist in the same period.
