Description from the seller
In very good working condition this Singer 66 K sewing machine from 1928.
Model: Singer 66 (often referred to as 66K because it was probably made at the Kilbowie factory in Scotland).
Year of manufacture: The serial number falls within a range assigned in 1928.
Type Decal: The decoration on your machine is known as the "Filigree" (fine wirework) decal.
Decal design: The Filigree style is characterized by elegant, gold-colored swirls and floral motifs, as seen on the edge of the base of your machine.
Rarity: Although the "Lotus" decal is very popular for this model, the Filigree variant is often regarded as somewhat rarer.
Production: Machines with the "K" suffix (such as 66K) were produced at the Singer factory in Kilbowie, Clydebank, Scotland.
The Singer 66 was a very popular and solid model that was produced for decades. The specific late‑1920s version with the Filigree pattern is a classic example of high-quality finishing.
220 volts.
Shipping costs are current shipping costs: The machine is large and heavy.
