Important Italian solid wood, finely carved chaise longue (meridienne) in the Carlo X style, datable to the second half of the 19th century.
The piece features an elegant frame with a shaped backrest and rich sculptural decoration, embellished with large volutes and refined carved zoomorphic elements, which give the whole a notable aesthetic impact.
The seat is upholstered in multicolored striped fabric, well preserved and harmoniously integrated into the ensemble. The structure is solid and stable.
This is a piece of furniture with remarkable visual presence, suitable for both classical environments and eclectic or contemporary décors, ideal for living rooms, professional boutique studios, hotels, or historic residences.
