Each piece is embellished with evocative rural views featuring windmills, waterways, boats, and architecture typical of the Netherlands, enclosed within a rich floral frame composed of tulips and stylized botanical motifs. The blue underglaze decoration on a white background recalls the Delft ceramic tradition, reinterpreted in the elegant English taste that made Johnson Bros famous worldwide.
