Bowl - Porcelain

A large Chinese blue and white porcelain punch bowl, dating to the 18th century, Qing dynasty.

The exterior is finely decorated in underglaze blue with flowering trees, peony, lotus and other floral sprays, beneath a decorative border around the rim. The interior is similarly decorated with a central floral spray and a patterned blue border to the inner rim. A good decorative example of an 18th-century Chinese export porcelain punch bowl.

Condition
Overall presents well. There is a fine hairline to the top rim, a small chip to the top outer rim, and a small nick to the top rim. There are firing flaws to the foot rim, including firing cracks, visible in the photos. Please see all photos carefully, as they form part of the condition description.
