Scientific Name:
Narindasaurus thevenini
Location:
Madagascar

Approximately 2 cm
Fossil Description:
A complete tooth, with crown and root, belonging to Narindasaurus, a large long-necked sauropod from the Jurassic of Madagascar.
The piece stands out for its excellent state of preservation, something rather uncommon in sauropod teeth, which are often found fragmented due to wear and the natural fragility of dental tissue.
