Only casks filled with fresh distillate in 2001 & 2002 were selected for these bottlings.

The rum matures for over 14 years in American white oak and ex-Spanish sherry casks.

A very well-balanced, fruity rum with distinct notes of vanilla, chocolate, and dried fruit, complemented by subtle hints of toasted oak and a touch of spice.
