Beautiful piece from the vintage period. Born as a shawl for important evenings, it has also been used as a distinctive table cover, both antique and modern, then as now. The size includes the fringes, which are hand-applied and made of satin thread and viscose. The fabric is silk on which large, beautiful flowers have been hand-embroidered. Not used. In excellent condition.
