German table clock with a 400-day mechanical movement, brass and glass construction, blue finish with base and columns, original Art Deco dial, four-sphere torsion pendulum, no chiming, made in Germany, estimated period 1970–1980.
Description from the seller
Elegant German mechanical table clock with a rotating balance (Anniversary Clock – 400 days), dating from circa 1880–1930.
The clock is equipped with a manual-wind mechanical movement bearing the markings "NO (0) JEWELS – UNADJUSTED – GERMANY" and is complete with the original glass dome. It is functioning at the time of sale.
It stands out for its distinctive blue finish on the base and columns, the original dial with geometric Art Deco-style decoration, and the four-sphere rotating brass pendulum. This configuration is less common than traditional fully gilded models.
