Chaty Vallauris - Wall mirror - forged steel - Prototype sun mirror

Hello dear customers

As part of the rare collection, here is my oldest Chaty Vallauris sunburst mirror, signed, issued in the 1945/50 period, before mass production in the 1950s/60s.
It measures 95cm in total with its convex central glass of 21cm.

It was made in wrought iron and at the time a few models were created before mass production, serving as a launch concept model.
Unfortunately many of them were later destroyed but I was able to obtain a saved specimen.

As you will have gathered, this is a rare piece that could easily surpass the 1000 mark
But I’m giving everyone a chance with a launch price of 1€ with no final reserve price.

You thus all have a chance.

On the wall it is incredibly imposing and adds a sumptuous character to any interior.

The mirror will be carefully packaged.
