This is a vintage manual coffee grinder produced by an Italian manufacturer presumably in around 1920-1940s.

The grinding mechanism as well as the grind setting adjustment work fine.

The coffee grinder is quite heavy as it weighs over 2.8 kg.

The last picture indicates an inscription "made in Italy" at the bottom of the grinder.
