Complete porcelain cup with a coordinated saucer in white porcelain, finely-painted and gilded in gold, featuring two musical cherubs on the cup and a musical instrument triumph motif on the saucer, origin France, dating to the early to mid-19th century, cup height 7 cm and saucer diameter 13 cm, in used condition with probable small breaks or missing pieces.

Description of the work
Cup complete with a coordinated saucer in fine porcelain.
The cup, characterized by a smooth body and an elegant profile adorned with gold, is equipped with a side handle, partially gilded in gold, which emphasizes its refined Rococo-inspired shape. The saucer features the same gold decoration with a smooth edge.
The pictorial apparatus proposes on the body of the cup two putti playing. The bottom of the saucer is enhanced by triumphs of musical and floral motifs in polychromy, executed with extraordinary freshness and attention to detail.
On the bottom of the saucer there is an inscription in large characters (to translate): «fabriqué à Sèvres, decoration… le comte de Saint-Didier… nell’anno 1818».
