Offered is a beautiful Technics SL-P1000, the legendary flagship CD player from Technics and the company's first true high-end CD player, introduced during the early years of the Compact Disc era. This is the rare factory black Japanese 100V version, considerably harder to find than the standard Technics black or silver version.
The player has been professionally serviced and received a full recap with new capacitors, ensuring excellent reliability and outstanding sound quality. It performs exactly as it should and delivers the superb musical performance for which the SL-P1000 has become famous among audiophiles and collectors.
Cosmetically, the unit is in excellent condition, with no dents, scratches or noteworthy signs of use. It has clearly been carefully preserved throughout its life.
