New condition plastic set by Fusée Lego, based on Hergé's Tintin, origin Denmark, 1,283 pieces, about 49 cm tall, year 2026, featuring a red and white checkerboard rocket with a cone panel opening to a detailed control room.
Description from the seller
Tintin has lived a thousand adventures, each more famous than the last… and the boldest led him, with his friends, to the Moon!
They traveled there aboard a red-and-white checkerboard rocket that forms the heart of this set. It makes its first appearance in the album Destination Moon, and concludes its adventure in the album Explorers on the Moon.
Published in the early 1950s, these stories already sent Tintin to the Moon… even though in reality it would be another 15 years before a man would take the first step.
Tintin’s rocket has thus become an inspiring symbol of technological progress and innovation. These adventures captivated the world thanks to a blend of fantastical epic storytelling still anchored in carefully documented modern science.
The set’s rocket bears its famous red-and-white checkerboard pattern and features a hatch opening in the cone revealing a detailed control room.
With 1,283 pieces and over 49 cm in height, this set is a spectacular display piece and a heartfelt tribute to any Tintin fan or space exploration enthusiast.
Brand new, never opened.
