Elegante tabacchiera in argento massiccio con interno dorato (vermeil), caratterizzata da una raffinata decorazione guilloché a onde e da un cartiglio centrale inciso con iscrizione in caratteri cirillici.

L'oggetto presenta una linea sobria ed elegante, tipica della produzione russa della fine del XIX e dell'inizio del XX secolo. L'interno completamente dorato era destinato a proteggere il contenuto dall'ossidazione, caratteristica comune nelle tabacchiere e scatole da pastiglie di alta qualità.

Sono presenti punzoni all'interno della scatola.
