For sale an exceptional collectible piece from the LEGO City Space line: the Space Launch Centre 60198 (set code 3368), originally released in 2011 and now out of production. This Space-themed set is one of the most complete and sought-after of its generation, perfect for both collectors and fans of space dioramas.
The lot includes the imposing launch-ready rocket, the large red-and-white control and service tower, the support vehicles, and base personnel.
Details and items included in the lot
The set is assembled and includes all the main components of the launch station:
- Space Vector Rocket: A large multi-part rocket in white and gray livery, complete with removable auxiliary boosters and large black engines at the base. The upper section opens to accommodate the payload and features the original emblem applied.
- Launch Tower: The majestic red lattice structure that supports the rocket before liftoff. It comes with walkable platforms and a flexible mechanical arm to simulate fueling.
- Ground Base and Runway: The customized base plate features the yellow placement lane and the safety sign "KEEP CLEAR" printed. Includes the signal lights and the countdown boards for the electronic launch countdown.
- Radar Control Center: A small secondary command station equipped with a computer and a steerable satellite dish for tracking the trajectory.
- Support Vehicles: A small four-wheeled service vehicle (kart) driven by the technician for quick movements within the base area.
- Minifigures and Accessories: Includes the white spacesuit astronaut with a helmet and reflective golden visor, the ground operator, as well as the mobile cylinder/tank for pre-launch preparations.

- Brick condition: The model is used, already partially assembled and in excellent cosmetic condition. The plastic components and colors (the white rocket and the red lattice) are vivid and well preserved; the original period stickers are applied.
